This is one of our most popular blouses. A classic high neck bow with a slightly puffed sleeve. We added a drawstring waist, perfect for tucking in. We just made two blouses in this fabric. It is 100% silk chiffon and is a bit see through. It looks great styled on its own or worn with a tank top underneath it.
